Partnership with the commune of Łososina Since 1997 the commune of Łubianka has been maintaining friendly contacts with the commune of Łososina Dolna in the Province of Podkarpacie. In June 2005 the communes signed a cooperation contract, which defined mutual responsibilities.
These include:
- sharing experience of running communal services
- youth exchange in summertime
- developing relationships between local assosiations, country societies and fire brigades departments
